Can a Grenadier's Alchemical Weapon ability be applied to his bombs?
No. Alchemical Weapon ability cannot be infused into a splash weapon like a bomb.

It is not possible to interrupt a standard action to infuse with a move action. Even at level 6, with a Grenadier infusing as a swift action, you still can't interrupt a standard action with a swift action.
For splash weapons, how will you adjudicate which target will be affected by your infused item? So as to avoid confusion, or unless otherwise stated by Paizo, splash weapons cannot be infused with the alchemical weapon property.
