Keep on the Borderland

Adventure calender: 25 April 2022; 1000

Having slain the priest Jovian who tried to betray the party in the Caves of Chaos, the party retreated back to the Keep to rest.

The Warrior Avenger seeks to find the wizard Bargle for information regarding a bow of power.

Cave G which have been shunned by the rest of the other Caves have been fully explored.

Party bribed the goblin chieftain to seek information on Bargle's whereabouts. Party directed to the evil Men on tier 3 of the Caves. Also directed the party to the hobgoblin chieftain.

Area 24, merchant was eaten by the hobgoblins. Party promised to be back to rescue the prisoners after dealing with the hobgoblin chieftain.

The Dragon's Demand session 2

In the Dragon's Demand, the adventurers cleared the dungeons beneath the Collapsed Tower, and learnt that there is a green dragon who is worshipped as a god by the kobolds.

The Baroness offered them a reward for driving away the kobolds, but before they entered the kobold warrens, they decided to loot the wizard Balthus Hunclay's manor first.

They found the servant Mathezic, but the fierce posturing of the aggressive gnome, Nara, and the barbarian Wanda severely traumatized him. Calming him down will need at least several hours.

The party have effectively cleared from the first floor, all the way to the observatory at the top level.

18 Sarenith 4713; 3.30pm

After the party witnessed an illusion of the massive great wyrm, Aeteperax, towering over the town of Belhaim, they were approached by the Baroness Origena to attend a meeting with the Council of the town.

Bassy, the town's bard's grandmother gave a key to the party. The key was given to her by the Lady Tula Belhaim herself, a thousand years ago with the warning, "Keep this safe until dragonslayers are required again." With the dragon on the horizon, the party decided to head to the Crypt of Tula to retrieve the equipment needed to fight off the dragon.

Having fully cleared the Crypt of Tula, the adventurers ventured out to the Monastery of Saint Kyerixus, an abandoned monastery to Irori.

Talking to Azmur Kell, he agreed to supply the party with spells, and buffs should they require it in the monastery itself. As long as his wife is threatened, he dares not take action against the dragon, Aeteperax.

The party is informed of 3 lieutenants in the monastery.

Curse of the Azure Bonds

23 Mirtul 1357 DR; 09:30

The Heroes of Phlan found themselves attacked as they were heading towards Tilverton to look for Alusair Nacacia, daughter of King Azoun IV. Waking up, they found themselves magically branded which resisted all sorts of detection and magical removal. 

Stepping out of the Temple of Gond, they immediately commenced to attack the Royal Wagon when the King made an announcement. Even though the King is fake, the party is now wanted by the soldiers of Cormyr for initiating an attack on the Purple Dragon himself.

A local thief from the Thieves Guild of Tilverton offered a way out. Leading them to Artur Grossman, he recounted that one of the brands belongs to the Fire Knives, a rival guild which arrived unannounced and usurped the rightful Thieves Guild halls. For this, he demands revenge, and thus enlists the help of the adventurers by offering a reward and gold to the Fire Knives hideout. 

The party came upon the Fire Knives in the sewer corridors, and they raised the alarm by sounding a gong. 

The Fire Knives are now on high alert.
