Again, the intrepid high-level Seekers have been asked to wrap up their business. The foul headquarters of the Aspis Consortium in Ostenso, Cheliax.
They have been asked to stop or at least find Suliji Peshar, the supposed traitor to the Aspis who is behind all the recent troubles over the past season. By eliminating all potential Aspis threats, she hopes to get a position as a Patron and thus control the Aspis from within.
First stop, the tomb of Jhandorage Vaulnder Alexayn, one of the original founders of the Aspis Consortium. His name was spoken throughout Ostenso once and on entry of the tomb, the group realizes that he is still alive... He promises to help the party out if they promise to spread his name far and wide, once and for all. The group agreed to help and so he directs them to the Aspis headquarters where Suliji was last suspected to be.
As they stepped out, one of their team members bring the Seekers to a hideout to discuss their strategy. There have been recent sabotages in the city and it set all the Aspis agents on edge and thus the Pathfinder teams set themselves up in a safe house. There are multiple entries into the building itself and setting the three teams once again to the various entrance, the Seekers takes the most unhygenic path through the sewers beneath Ostenso.
After a brief altercation and many skill checks later... The Seekers find themselves in the presence of Mr Khayn, chief security officer for the Aspis Consortium. The supernaturally stealthy Fei Xue was spotted trying to steal his dagger and after a surprising attack which caught the group off-guard, he turned into a pile of ash, because the GM rolled a 24 out of a Reflex DC 25 save for a disintegrate spell from Misuto, the once cute but now turned decidedly dangerous kitsune arcane trickster.
