The Inner Sea had always been fighting one another for more than a few decades. It is just like a giant steamboat. While the lands are constantly at war, many people lost their families, wife with husband and son sent and killed in war, heavy taxes for weaponries, there is not enough labourers to even work in the field. It is this time that is being known as the "Dark Times".
Another 500 years went by, none of the kingdom were able to expand much due to the fact that if one send his army to attack another, he will be attacked by the other kingdoms, and therefore, a stalemate is formed.... Our story begins here... when the War King of Taldor had died of old age and the new King of Taldor was crowned......

(Weapon Focus: Halberd) (Fighter Bonus Feat) You gain a +1 bonus on all attack rolls you make using the selected weapon.
-------------------- Traits-------------------- NANA -------------------- Class Features-------------------- Weapon and Armor Proficiency: A fighter is proficient with all simple and martial weapons and with all armor (heavy, light, and medium) and shields (including tower shields). Bonus Feats: At 1st level, and at every even level thereafter, a fighter gains a bonus feat in addition to those gained from normal advancement (meaning that the fighter gains a feat at every level). These bonus feats must be selected from those listed as combat feats, sometimes also called “fighter bonus feats.”
Upon reaching 4th level, and every four levels thereafter (8th, 12th, and so on), a fighter can choose to learn a new bonus feat in place of a bonus feat he has already learned. In effect, the fighter loses the bonus feat in exchange for the new one. The old feat cannot be one that was used as a prerequisite for another feat, prestige class, or other ability. A fighter can only change one feat at any given level and must choose whether or not to swap the feat at the time he gains a new bonus feat for the level.
Weapon and Armor Proficiency: Rogues are proficient with all simple weapons, plus the hand crossbow, rapier, sap, shortbow, and short sword. They are proficient with light armor, but not with shields.
Sneak Attack: If a rogue can catch an opponent when he is unable to defend himself effectively from her attack, she can strike a vital spot for extra damage.
The rogue's attack deals extra damage anytime her target would be denied a Dexterity bonus to AC (whether the target actually has a Dexterity bonus or not), or when the rogue flanks her target. This extra damage is 1d6 at 1st level, and increases by 1d6 every two rogue levels thereafter. Should the rogue score a critical hit with a sneak attack, this extra damage is not multiplied. Ranged attacks can count as sneak attacks only if the target is within 30 feet.
With a weapon that deals nonlethal damage (like a sap, whip, or an unarmed strike), a rogue can make a sneak attack that deals nonlethal damage instead of lethal damage. She cannot use a weapon that deals lethal damage to deal nonlethal damage in a sneak attack, not even with the usual –4 penalty.
The rogue must be able to see the target well enough to pick out a vital spot and must be able to reach such a spot. A rogue cannot sneak attack while striking a creature with concealment.
Trapfinding: A rogue adds 1/2 her level to Perception skill checks made to locate traps and to Disable Device skill checks (minimum +1). A rogue can use Disable Device to disarm magic traps.

Prerequisite
INT 15, Must have Inspiration as a class feature
Benefit
When you take this feat for the first time, you gain 1 inspiration point
Special
You can take this multiple times. Each time you take this feat after the first time, the number of inspiration points you gain increases by 1 (for example, you gain 2 inspiration points if you take the feat a second time. The maximum number of times you can take this feat is equal to your Intelligence modifier.

Scholar of Ruins: From the moment you could walk and talk, the ruins of ancient civilizations have fascinated you. Because of this, you have special insight into geography as well as expertise in exploring lost places. You gain a +1 trait bonus on Knowledge (geography) and Knowledge (dungeoneering) checks.
Resilient: Growing up in a poor neighborhood or in the unforgiving wilds often forced you to subsist on food and water from doubtful sources. You've built up your mettle as a result, and gain a +1 trait bonus on Fortitude saves.

Cunning Insight (Ex)
Before making an attack roll, damage roll, or saving throw, a factotum can spend 1 inspiration point to gain a competence bonus on the roll equal to his Intelligence modifier. Cunning insight does not require an action, and he can use it as often as he wishes during his turn or others’ turns—provided that he has the inspiration points to spend. Because this ability provides a competence bonus, it doesn’t stack with itself.
Cunning Knowledge (Ex)
When making a check involving a skill in which he has at least 1 rank, a factotum can spend 1 inspiration point to gain a competence bonus on the skill check equal to his class level. Because this ability provides a competence bonus, it doesn’t stack with itself. He can use this once per day for a particular skill. For example, if he uses cunning knowledge to gain a bonus on Stealth, he cannot use this ability to improve Stealth checks for the rest of the day, though he can use it on different skills.
Trapfinding (Ex): A factotum adds 1/2 her level to Perception skill checks made to locate traps and to Disable Device skill checks (minimum +1). A factotum can use Disable Device to disarm magic traps.

Hailing from a poor village on the outskirts of Zhao, Wan Shi Tong set out in order to take the imperial examinations and escape the cycle of poverty that has plagued his forebears for generations. However, due to the frequent battles and seizures of power between the various kingdoms, as well as his constantly shifting interests, he has ended up researching obscure lore in a small mountain village deep in the heart of Qin, far removed from all the chaos.
Ah well. Wise man say there is many way to skin an owlbear. The imperial examinations and civil service can wait! With ingenuity and perseverance, riches will surely come his way, one way or another. Wan Shi Tong believes he is not wasting time - rather, he knows that all the bits of trivia he has been gathering will be useful… Some day...
--------------------
Appearance
--------------------
Standing at 6’3”, Wan Shi Tong is a lanky young man who weighs about 170lb. Ignoring the scuffed explorer’s outfit he often wears, has long black hair tied into a neat knot and delicate features befitting a scholar. Nevertheless, his beautiful, clean-shaven appearance belie a difficult past of poverty and struggle; he is much tougher than his looks might suggest.
Wan Shi Tong understands and is inclined towards the courtly ways of nobility. While he is able to hold his own in a fight, he would much rather rely on his wit and charm than on his muscles - and slip away should things escalate.

EPISODE TWO - 13/09/14
With nothing left for them in Dan, the party began a 9-day journey to the City, in search for more information about the bandits - and possibly to collect a bounty. The first day was uneventful. The second day, we were attacked by a bear! Yu Gang bear-ly made it away. The third day, we were attacked by five bandits! Wan Shi Tong almost died. We got: 4 leather armour 4 light wooden shield 4 short sword 4 short spears 6gp The fourth day, a spear flew out of the woods. Fortunately, it was but a single assailant. We got: 1 leather armour 1 light wooden shield 1 short sword 1 short spear 1 short bow 4gp
On the fifth day, we reached a blockade. We found out there was a lockdown around the capital city, as well as the city that we wanted to go to, Xian Yang. Without any choice, we had to head back to Dan. Before that, we sold all our spare leather armour (50gp) (- all leather armour)
Now, on our trip back, the sound of horse-hooves could be heard from behind. A man on horseback came charging down the path. Suddenly, an arrow from behind felled the horse. A masked assailant in black advanced towards the rider, who fell unharmed, but unconscious, from the horse.
San Zang ran out, unheeding, attempting to assist the rider. Yu Gang and Wan Shi Tong attacked from the shadows, surprising the assailant. Everyone advanced on the assailant, but a smokescreen enveloped the melee. In the ensuing battle, the assailant struck with poisoned weapons, but he was wounded grievously by a telling strike from San Zang. With a sword drawn from the rider’s sheath, Wan Shi Tong snuck into the smoke unseen and dealt a final blow to the assailant who, in his death throes, exploded.
In the end, the rider was discovered to be a member of the royal family - Shou. He had fled from the capital city as his family had come under attack from a rival family; he alone escaped to tell the tale. As the path for the man would be dangerous, we chose to escort the man on his journey to his handlers… Back to Dan…
Everyone gets 700XP from this episode. Since the last episode, that makes 1065XP. We gained a total of 160gp. We gained 4 (each) light wooden shields, short swords, short spears, and 1 short bow.

EPISODE THREE - 27/09/14
We returned to the village to realise it had been raided in the time we had left. All the goods in the village had been pillaged, and the women had been kidnapped. After a day of tracking, we located the mountain bandits camping in the woods, the women trussed up. After a battle, we managed to rescue the women - as well as win back all the goods, and more that the bandits had stolen from other villages.
We looted, from the bandits, 1x GreatAxe 4x Falchions 4x Leather Armour 1x Chain Shirt 83gp 270xp (Yu Gang took 1x Great Axe, Falchion, and Chain Shirt)
On our return to Dan, the village chief welcomed us back heartily and rewarded us with +2 Influence points +3 Goods points
Two days after our return, the approach of thunderous hooves awoke the village. Shou’s retainers had finally arrived, with an army of about 3000 men. They informed him that the coup against him was, unfortunately, successful, and he was ousted from the throne by his brother.
Shou, who revealed his true name to be Yin Zhen, asked for our assistance in reclaiming the throne. He suggested a daring plan to break through the lockdown via a secret passage only known by the king. The plan was to take down his brother, in order that he might reclaim the throne.
Upon entering into the secret passage with the king and his servants, we were intercepted by several sentries, but they were immediately dispatched after a quick scuffle. Unfortunately the two guards that had accompanied us were surprised and killed.
We looted, from the sentries, 1x Breastplate 2x Chain shirts 1x Mstwk Greataxe 2x Longswords 2x CLW (Yu Gang takes the breastplate and mstwk great axe, returns the chain shirt and great axe) (Shi Tong takes 1 chain shirt, returns 1 leather armour) (San Zang takes 1 chain shirt, returns 1 leather armour)
Soon, we approached the throne room, where Yin Zhen’s brother was guarded on the throne by his cronies and slaves. Upon their eventual defeat, the throne was seized by Yin Zhen once again, and he reinstated his power over the capital city. Upon doing so, he granted each of us a boon.
San Zang had no wish except that peace and prosperity be with the King always. Shi Tong wished for use of the imperial city’s library, as well as a working alchemist’s lab in the village. Yu Gang acquired the entire city of Dan, under his name, and was bequeathed the title of ‘Captain’.
We also acquired, from the battle with Yin Zhen’s brother,. +3 Influence points 230gp 567xp
We sold the following items in the capital city:
1x Greataxe (10gp) 6x Leather Armour (30gp) 3x Falchions (112.5gp) 1x Longsword (7.5gp) 4x Light Wooden Shields (6gp) 3x Short Swords (15gp) 3x Short Spears (1.5gp)
…making a total of 182.5gp
We kept the following items: 1x Chain shirt (unused) 1x Falchion (Yu Gang) 1x Longsword (Shi Tong) 1x Short Sword (unused) 1x Short Spear (San Zang)
We performed the following downtime checks:
The final balance is as follows:

Population: 20 farmers + 4 herdsmen Influence: 14 Goods: 6 Labour: 6 Magic: 1

DAY 28 1) We earned 3 Goods and 10gp from all our work last session 2) We travel to the nearby ruins, covering half the journey. We set up camp by evening.
We were attacked by a Jaguar in the night, and Hang Hang was almost dragged off to be eaten. Thanks to his party mates, however, he was recovered. The rest of the night went by without event.
DAY 29 1) We set out from the campsite and eventually reach the ruins by evening.
We entered into the ruins, sealed by an ancient statue that was marked with a rune, a symbol of ‘wrath’. According to lore, this appeared to be one of seven temples, each dedicated to one of the cardinal sins. As we descended into the depths of the ruins, we encountered a statue, surrounded by various runes. A trap was triggered, separating the party. However, upon aligning the statue, the portcullis separating the party was lifted and the skeleton foes were defeated.
Soon, we came upon a large, magical mirror that was revealed to be a portal or veil of some sort. Within the hidden compartment, a magical chest was uncovered - a chest which held seven stone tomes, a collection entitled: The Legend of the Dragons.
Each party member gained 400xp from the encounter.

EPISODE SIX 22/8/15
We started out with…
Village Space used: 92/100
2 animal pens, containing a cow and bull - both tamed. 2 gardens 1 shrine, containing 2 acolytes
Population: 20 farmers + 4 herdsmen Influence: 14 Goods: 9 Labour: 6 Magic: 1
Wealth: 88gp
We continued into the ruins of ‘Wrath’ and fought a bear - with *ahem* minimal casualties. Following that, we discovered the following: -an endless hole at the end of a corridor, that we did not investigate further -going down the staircase, we saw a room that had caved in. We were unable to excavate the rubble sufficiently to find out more about the room’s purpose -going up the staircase, we travelled along a long, concentric sequence of corridors that seemed to be sloping gently upward, like a pyramid. Eventually, it led to a strange mechanism where a block of mithril was slamming against another block of mithril. Both were magical, and could be stopped by means of a control panel. Hang Hang panicked and ran off. The mechanism was stopped briefly by the party in an effort to ascertain its purpose and nature, but was turned back on afterward before we left.
Following that, we returned to the village and turned the stone books over to the chief.
Everyone gained 400p for the bear fight.
