Core Rulebook, Magic, Concentration

Grappling or Pinned: Casting a spell while you have the grappled or pinned condition is difficult and it requires a concentration check (DC 10 + the grappler's CMB + the level of the spell you're casting). Pinned creatures can only cast spells that do no have somatic components.

So,

Grappled = Cast any spell, with concentration check

Pinned = Cast spells that do no have somatic components, with concentration check

Correct?


If a spell is silent and stilled, the caster still have to make a concentration check?

Yes, concentration is still required, but a pinned caster can still cast a still spell with the appropriate concentration check.
