In PFS, the Human's Racial Heritage feat does not give or grant access to Racial Archetypes of other races. (Examples are, Treesinger, Elf, or Sky Druid, Sylph, Druid archetypes.) A Human with the Racial Heritage feat CANNOT select/use alternate racial traits, racial archetypes, racial evolutions, racial feats, and racial spells of other races. This is a PFS specific restriction and covers even racial archetypes/feats/spells of core and legal races. (Dwarfs, Gnomes, Aasimars, Tengus...etc) The clarification on this by Michael Brock can be found here and here. From the Additional Resources: Having a the Racial Heritage feat, does not allow a character to bypass this restriction. Do Note that in normal Pathfinder (aka, advanture paths, homebrews, non-PFS...etc), the Raical Heritage feat do allow a human to gain access to Racial Archetypes of other races. This can be found in the advance players guide's faq section. Again, the above restriction is PFS specific. Hope this helps to clarify Racial Heritage.
